Must Have

• Proven production backend experience — REST APIs, WebSockets, scalable systems

• Clean, maintainable code following SOLID principles

• Hands-on Supabase experience

• Proficiency in at least one backend framework: JS/TS: Node / Bun

• Java/Kotlin: Spring Boot

• Go: Gin, Echo, or Fiber

• SQL (PostgreSQL, MySQL) and NoSQL (MongoDB)

• Solid understanding of DB design, indexing, migrations, query optimization, and ORMs/ODMs

• Auth & Security: JWT, OAuth 2.0, session-based auth, RBAC/ABAC

• Experience integrating third-party APIs and webhooks

• Testing: unit, integration, and end-to-end

• Git workflows, Docker, CI/CD (GitHub Actions / GitLab CI), Postman, Swagger/OpenAPI
